Calmans Pharmacy opened in 1968 and has since been recognised as the friendly local pharmacy. In 2011, Candice Karamy took over ownership of the pharmacy and has strived to provide the highest level of service and expertise in a friendly and caring environment for her patients.
In addition to providing patients with a fast prescription service, coupled with professional advice and care, Candice has expanded to provide many more health services that our patients have now grown to love and rely on.

Candice Karamy
Owner & Pharmacist
Candice Karamy has been a registered pharmacist since 2003 and is a member of the Pharmacy Guild, an accredited member of the Australian Academy of Consultant Pharmacy and the Pharmaceutical Society of Australia.
As a mother of three young children, she has special interests in mental health, physical wellbeing, maternal health and infant care, while her compounding experience has led to expertise in BHRT, cosmeceuticals, dermatological and paediatric extemporaneous dispensing.
Her belief in facilitating adequate home care to assist her elderly patients to remain comfortable in their own homes for longer has led to an effective program including annual one-on-one home medicine reviews and medicine checks, weekly FREE home deliveries of pre-packed medication blister packs and a comprehensive range of home care and mobility equipment readily available in-store.
