Pharmacists can administer unscheduled medicines and scheduled medication (when dispensed on a prescription) by injection if they have the required skills, meet professional requirements and can establish therapeutic need. Our pharmacist can administer and highlight special considerations, precautions and contraindications to administration of injectable medications especially helpful when starting treatment, or if preferred, they can continue regular interval administration to ease the patient burden.
